How does JobScanLITE work?
When setting up JobScan a database is created with details of your employees, pay rates, standard operations / tasks & non Productive Tasks.
You simply setup a new job, add the relevant operations / tasks and instructions and print the bar-coded jobcard. A standard barcode scanner is required to allow employees to scan their ID badges to record attendance, jobs & tasks & non productive / unbillable time e.g. cleaning. JobScanLITE uses this information to track and record your companies hours.
And that’s it – all the records, employee & job analysis are there waiting for you!
